Lori Allen Brings Veteran Cowgirl Grit and Two-Way Poise
Lori Allen is a longtime Oklahoma State Cowgirls guard known more for steady two-way savvy than flash: she’s a versatile, experienced rotation piece with the kind of toughness and composure coaches love. Publicly available current-season data was not surfaced here, so the safest read is that her value lies in reliability, basketball IQ, and the ability to fit into a system without needing touches to matter. If your team needs a steady guard who can defend, communicate, and keep the floor organized, she looks like a solid fit.
