Jessica Spicer is Lafayette’s high-minute, defense-first floor general
Jessica Spicer profiles as a dependable two-way guard who plays heavy minutes, handles the ball, and creates value with defense and distribution more than scoring. In the 2007-08 season, she led Lafayette in assists and steals while averaging a team-high 34.5 minutes per game, a strong sign of trust, toughness, and consistency[8]. She also served as a tri-captain, which points to leadership and locker-room value beyond the box score[8]. For a team that needs steadiness, pressure defense, and an unselfish connector, she looks like a fit.
