Robens Beauplan brings NFL-caliber edge as Southern’s punter
Robens Beauplan is a specialist worth tracking because his value is built on field position: as a punter, his job is to flip the field, pin opponents deep, and keep drives uncomfortable for the other side. The biggest differentiator with players at this position is consistency under pressure, hang time, placement, and the ability to control game flow—not just raw stats. If Southern is leaning on him, it usually signals trust in his leg and his composure, which is exactly what you want from a special-teams fit.
