Eric Contente brings veteran guard size and lead-guard experience to Fresno State
Contente profiles as a steady, experienced **6-foot-1 guard** who gives Fresno State a mature backcourt presence and the kind of ball-handling and floor-management coaches value in a rotation piece.[1][2][3] Public stat pages confirm his career track record and position, but they do not show standout headline production, so his appeal is more about *fit*—bringing structure, composure, and depth than carrying an offense.[1][2][3] If your team needs an older guard who can organize possessions and understand his role, he looks like a practical fit; if you need a high-usage scorer, that is not the profile these sources point to.[1][2][3]
