Tanner Nolan brings a lefty starter profile with upside and strike-throwing value for App State
Tanner Nolan is a **left-handed pitcher** with the kind of starter profile that can matter in a rotation: a useful handedness edge, developing strikeout value, and enough projectability to be tracked as a class of 2023 arm by recruiting outlets. Publicly available scouting-style profiles identify him as a pitcher rather than a one-tool specialist, which suggests his appeal is tied to mound value, not just raw stats. For a team, the key question is whether his stuff and command continue to sharpen into reliable innings and matchup flexibility.
