UAB’s Marques Lewis: efficient frontcourt producer with solid all-around value
Marques Lewis profiles as a steady UAB frontcourt option whose best calling card is efficient scoring, rebounding, and low-mistake play; ESPN lists him at 8.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game in his UAB season, with 52.5% shooting and 75.8% from the line, suggesting a player who finishes well and does not need the ball to stay productive.[4] His fit value is in reliability rather than flash: he contributes without stretching the floor, and his profile suggests a useful role player for teams needing physicality, defensive effort, and dependable half-court production.[4]
