steady two-way glue guard with real starter value
In the 2024-25 season, Eden Sample gave Jacksonville State dependable guard play: 3.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.0 assist and 1.0 steal in 19.7 minutes over 28 games, with a season-high 13 points and a season-high three steals. She isn’t the flashiest scorer, but coaches and coverage frame her as a do-everything, low-drama winner—someone who brings intensity, defensive activity and flexibility after overcoming an injury-hit stretch earlier in her career. If your team wants a tough, experienced connector who can help stabilize a rotation, she fits the bill.
