Adonis Forrest brings pro-sized power to San Jose State’s interior
A 6-foot-2, 305-pound defensive tackle from Hayward, Forrest gives San Jose State a true interior anchor with the frame to absorb double-teams and the mass to collapse the middle of the pocket. His commitment profile signals a line-of-scrimmage player built for physical, downhill football, and that size alone makes him a fit if you need immediate trench depth and run-stopping punch. The main question is development into consistent pass-rush impact, but as a space-eating DT with upside, he checks an important box for roster-building.
