Tre’ Ross brings veteran versatility and special-teams grit to Troy’s linebacker room
Tre’ Ross stands out for his positional flexibility, having moved between tight end and linebacker at Troy, which signals toughness, football IQ, and a willingness to do whatever the staff needs. Troy’s roster and historical team pages show him as a linebacker option with special-teams value, and that kind of blue-collar, assignment-sound profile often matters more than flashy box-score numbers. If you want a defender who can adapt, contribute on coverage units, and bring a physical edge, Ross is the kind of fit coaches tend to trust.
