Cortez Gent remains FAU’s all-time receiving standard-bearer
In the 2026 season context, Cortez Gent is best known as a proven FAU weapon with elite production history: 161 career catches, 2,478 receiving yards, and 20 touchdowns, including a 1,030-yard, 9-TD breakout in 2007. FAU’s roster page lists him at 6-2 and a redshirt senior, and his profile shows a receiver who can win downfield, finish in the end zone, and stay productive as defenses key on him. If you want a polished, high-volume outside target with real track-record upside, Gent is exactly that.
