steady West Georgia QB with transfer upside and limited 2025 production
In the 2025 season, Colton Fitzgerald has been a depth-chart quarterback for West Georgia with modest production: 22 completions on 50 attempts for 304 yards, 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions, plus 17 rushing yards on 6 carries in the available stats. He’s a 6-foot-1, 215-pound senior who brings size and some dual-threat mobility, but his biggest differentiator is experience across multiple programs and the resilience to bounce back after an arm injury in 2024 at Georgia Southern. Good fit if a team wants a seasoned, physically sturdy QB room add rather than an immediate star.
