Richmond’s clutch, record-setting leg
Kirchner has been a reliable high-leverage kicker for Richmond, with the Spiders noting he became the school’s career extra-point leader and, in 2002, earned Atlantic 10 Special Teams Player honors after a 7-for-10 field-goal stretch. He stands out for clutch timing and steady mechanics under pressure rather than eye-popping volume, plus the kind of confidence coaches love when games tighten late. If you need a kicker who can swing close games and has already shown big-moment poise, he’s a strong fit.
