Jacksonville State's Under-the-Radar G/F with Modest Bench Production
Johnny Amison, a guard/forward for the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, is posting limited bench stats in the most recent season—0.6 PPG, 0.8 RPG, 0.2 APG, and 33.3 FG%—highlighting his role as a hustle player who brings energy, rebounding tenacity, and positional versatility without dominating the stat sheet. His low-usage profile suggests untapped potential for development, making him an intriguing low-risk fit for teams seeking depth, multi-positional wings with gritty intangibles over star power.
