Deon Crayon brings playmaking instincts and ball production to Portland State’s secondary
Crayon stands out as a corner who has already shown **ball skills** and **playmaking flashes**, with 2 interceptions and 1 pass defended in the available stats, plus a high-school background that included multi-sport athleticism and all-league recognition. He looks like the kind of defender who can compete physically and convert turnovers when quarterbacks test him, which is exactly the trait set teams want from an outside corner. If you need a DB with upside, competitive toughness, and some proven instinct for making plays on the ball, he’s worth a close look.
