Paul Ugenti brings rare two-way juice to Cal’s linebacker room
Paul Ugenti stands out as a **versatile, high-motor linebacker** with unusual production on both sides of the ball: Cal listed him as a prep star projected at linebacker, noting a reported **4.65 40-yard dash**, while his Leland HS resume included **2,054 rushing yards, 25 TDs, and 91 tackles** in high school. That mix suggests a physical, explosive athlete who can close space fast and contribute with toughness and instinct, making him appealing if you want upside, athleticism, and a player who’s more than just a stat line.[2][3]
