Joseph Saucier’s Air Force Flashback: Explosive, But His College Arc Ended in Turmoil
Joseph Saucier was an explosive Air Force back in the 2018 season, rushing for 274 yards on 43 carries, a 6.4 yards-per-carry clip, and scoring 2 touchdowns while adding 6 catches for 146 yards[2][3]. His best trait was burst: he repeatedly turned limited touches into chunk plays, including a 48-yard touchdown against Navy in 2018[9][10]. The caution flag is off-field volatility, since he was removed from the team amid an academy investigation and later faced drug-related charges, making him a high-upside but high-risk fit rather than a clean roster addition[1][5][8].
