UAPB guard on a team searching for steadier backcourt play
Reliable public stat detail on Thornton is limited, but UAPB’s recent results show a team battling turnovers and inconsistency, which makes guard play especially important; in that context, Thornton’s value would hinge on whether she can bring calm, ball security, and two-way composure to the Golden Lionettes’ backcourt. ESPN lists her as a UAPB player, but no current season stat line is available in the supplied results, so the best read is that she’s a roster-level piece to watch for impact through decision-making, defensive effort, and pace control rather than headline scoring.
