Sophia Senger brings live-arm upside and freshman intrigue to Merrimack’s circle
Sophia Senger is a Merrimack freshman pitcher from Toms River, N.J., and the early read is a power-arm project worth watching closely: her profile shows a down-angle delivery she’s actively refining, and she’s already gotten into game action for the Warriors. In the 2026 season, Merrimack’s published stats page lists her with a 9.55 ERA across 2.19 innings and a 2-0 record, while her roster bio notes she struck out 11 batters over 10.1 innings in early-season work. She looks like a developmental fit for a staff willing to mold raw stuff into innings.
