Houston Christian’s steady backcourt depth with a team-first profile
Aaron Asp is a low-usage Houston Christian guard whose current production is modest, but his value comes from his background as a ball-moving, multi-skilled lead guard and a reputation built on toughness and versatility. Houston Christian lists him as a 5'10" guard, and his prep/early profile showed he could contribute across the board with scoring, rebounding, and assists, which suggests a connector rather than a pure scorer. He is best viewed as a depth fit for a team that wants guard composure, unselfish play, and competitive energy more than high-variance shot creation.
