Elias McMurry is a proven, no-drama long snapper for App State
McMurry stands out as a four-year starter for Appalachian State who handled high-volume special teams duties with consistency, helping the Mountaineers convert 17 field goals, make 52 extra points, and attempt 57 punts with no blocks, while also contributing punt-coverage tackles. His value is less about raw stats and more about trust: reliability, clean operation under pressure, and the kind of steady special-teams execution coaches love. For a team needing a dependable long snapper with a history of stability and postseason-level poise, he fits the bill.
