Rodney Tyson brings veteran Howard Bison WR savvy with proven big-play pedigree
Rodney Tyson has been a long-tenured Howard Bison wideout, listed by ESPN as a Howard WR with historical roster records showing him at 5'9", 175 pounds in the 2012-2014 seasons, which points to a compact, experienced target who likely wins with leverage, timing, and toughness rather than pure size. He’s an older-profile player by roster history, so the appeal is his veteran feel and familiarity with the program more than splashy stat totals. If a team wants a dependable, lower-drama receiver with route nuance and competitive edge, Tyson fits the bill.
