Duquesne QB with Explosive HS Pedigree, Limited College Snaps
Chase Diehl, a 6-0 gunslinger from Bishop McDevitt HS where he erupted for 3,744 passing yards and 43 TDs in the 2018-19 season alone—setting school records like 457 yards and 6 TDs in a single game—brings proven deep-ball accuracy and dual-threat mobility (5 rushing TDs career) to Duquesne, but his college output remains modest at 73 yards and 1 TD per ESPN stats, reflecting journeyman stops at JUCO, Walsh (D2 OL), and Widener (MAC honors in 2023). Battle-tested intensity and coachability make him a gritty backup fit for developmental programs seeking high-upside depth.
