Experienced Delaware State Guard with Minimal Recent Offensive Impact
Haley is a veteran Delaware State guard whose value is more about experience and familiarity than box-score production: ESPN lists him at 1.5 points, 0.5 rebounds, 0.2 assists, and 26.9% shooting, which suggests a limited scoring role[1]. His main differentiator is floor-anchored veteran presence rather than dynamic creation, and Delaware State honored him as a senior in 2016, indicating a long-tenured Hornets connection[3]. If you need a deep-rotation guard who understands a program and can provide steadiness, he fits; if you need an impact scorer or playmaker, the current numbers do not support that case[1].
