Dartmouth linebacker Michael Dearwester brings versatility, toughness, and a downhill edge
Dearwester is a 6-1, 215-pound Dartmouth junior linebacker whose best trait is versatility: the program notes he even transitioned to running back in the spring and was viewed as a power runner for short-yardage situations.[1] In limited game action, he made his lone 2008 start at Penn and produced all five of his tackles in that game, which suggests he can flash when trusted with real snaps.[1] He also brings a multi-sport, all-state high school background and a reputation for physicality and competitiveness that fits a depth role with upside.[1]
