veteran Sam Houston DB with proven preseason pedigree
Kenneth Jenkins is a seasoned defensive back for Sam Houston who earned preseason all-conference recognition in 2011, signaling early-career respect for his coverage ability and football IQ[1]. Available records show him listed on Sam Houston’s roster and ESPN’s career stats page, but they do not provide current-season production, so the clearest takeaway is his profile as a long-time, experienced defender rather than a stats-stuffed box-score monster[1][2]. If you want a DB with experience, steadiness, and enough credibility to draw preseason attention, Jenkins fits the mold; if you need fresh, verified 2026 production numbers, those aren’t clearly available in the retrieved sources[1][2].
