ECU Cornerback Contender with Elite Instincts and Starting Potential
Stacy Walls, the #26 DB for East Carolina, is a high-intensity cornerback poised to contend for starting honors opposite Kasey Ross in the 2026 preseason camp. While his official career stats show 8 total tackles (7 solo) from the 2005 season, his true differentiator lies in his football IQ, aggressive tackling style, and natural coverage instincts that don't fully translate to raw numbers. Walls brings a relentless personality and zero reported injury history, making him a reliable, intensity-driven fit for any team seeking a starting-caliber corner with elite situational awareness. He's a must-watch for coaches needing a DB who plays with fire and reads offenses like a veteran.
