Josh Dugan is a steady, ascending linebacker for Thomas More
In the 2025 season, Josh Dugan appeared in all 11 games for Thomas More and posted 21 total tackles, 12 solo stops, and 1.5 tackles for loss, with a season-high 7 tackles against Kentucky Wesleyan. He profiles as a reliable, physical linebacker at 6-foot-0, 235 pounds who has already shown durability, special-teams/value depth, and enough range to keep stacking snaps. The bigger sell: he’s a local-culture fit, a former Elder High captain with All-GCL honors, and the kind of blue-collar defender coaches tend to trust fast.
