Joe Atang brings Houston Christian a guard’s speed, edge, and shot-making upside
Joe Atang is a Houston Christian guard worth tracking because his value profile is about more than box-score numbers: guards who combine pace, on-ball toughness, and the willingness to defend hard usually earn minutes quickly in the Southland. Publicly available recruiting/stat pages are limited, so the cleanest read is that he profiles as a development-friendly backcourt piece rather than a finished product. If you need a quick-guard competitor who can grow into a two-way role, Atang looks like the kind of player a staff can shape.
