Isabel Newman brings size, versatility, and steady guard play to Pacific
Newman is a 6-foot guard for Pacific whose profile points to a versatile backcourt player with length and multi-category potential, but her college production has been modest so far, averaging 2.6 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.6 assists with 28.8% shooting in ESPN’s listed stats. She’s worth watching as a role player who can offer positional flexibility and guard size, and she could fit a team that values depth, development, and defensive upside over instant scoring punch. Recent team coverage also shows she entered Pacific with solid high-school production and meaningful playmaking/defensive instincts, suggesting more value than the box score alone captures.
