dependable Army ace with strike-throwing polish and pro buzz
In the 2026 season, Army senior RHP Andrew Berg has been a steady rotation piece, with D1Baseball listing him at 6-3 and 210 pounds and showing 6-3, a 4.03 ERA, and 58 strikeouts; another season snapshot also describes him as a dependable arm with a 5-2 record and 4.37 ERA. He’s drawing attention as a top-200 starting pitcher and earned praise for locating his fastball well, especially inside to left-handed hitters, which suggests a mature, attack-minded profile rather than pure velocity. If you want a competitive, strike-throwing starter with proven consistency, he fits the bill.[1][2][3][7]
