NDSU Freshman Forward with Untapped High School Dominance
Abbey Kubas, a 5'11" freshman forward for North Dakota State Bison, showed early promise in the 2021-22 season with appearances in four games, totaling two rebounds and one assist, but her true firepower shines from high school at Dickinson Trinity where she averaged 20 points and 11 rebounds per game as a junior, hit 1,000 career points, and earned all-state honors. A four-year starter with relentless court presence and versatility (even volleyball highlights), she's a high-motor rebounder and scorer raw with potential—perfect fit for teams needing gritty, developing frontcourt depth without injury concerns.
