Jay Howard brings dependable, all-game value on Butler’s offensive line
Howard was a steady interior presence for Butler in 2011, starting all 11 games, earning honorable mention All-PFL recognition, and landing on the PFL Academic Honor Roll, which points to both reliability and discipline[1]. His value is less about headline-grabbing stats and more about trust: durable enough to stay in the lineup every week, smart enough to draw conference recognition, and strong enough to help Butler finish third in the league in offense[1].
