seasoned guard with Texas toughness and a low-usage, steady game
Colin Hale is a Corpus Christi-area guard whose value has long been tied to steadiness, basketball IQ, and local toughness rather than big-box scoring. In the 2023 season, his listed career line shows modest production, about 1.8 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 0.6 assists per game, which points to a role player who can organize, defend, and fit into a system without needing touches. His biggest differentiator is his background: a high-school standout from Aransas Pass with a deep competitive pedigree, which suggests a reliable, coachable guard who brings poise and work ethic.
