Corey Sanders brings NFL-style defensive backbone to Army’s linebacker room
Corey Sanders is a disruptive, assignment-sound linebacker whose value goes beyond box-score production: he’s known for physical play, tackling consistency, and the kind of disciplined edge that fits Army’s hard-nosed identity. Reliable, coachable, and built to handle demanding defensive structure, he looks like a strong fit for a program that prioritizes toughness, gap integrity, and relentless effort. The main question is usage and role fit, not effort or mentality—those traits are already there.
