Logan Dalton brings veteran ball-hawking presence to Dayton's secondary
In the 2022 season, Dayton safety Logan Dalton made a real splash with 34 tackles, 2 interceptions, and a pick-six, showing the kind of playmaking coaches love in the back end[3][7][11]. He was also recognized for his academics and leadership, earning PFL Academic Honor Roll and NFF Hampshire Honor Society honors, which hints at a dependable, high-IQ presence rather than just a box-score athlete[3][5]. The appeal is simple: he fits as a disciplined, instinctive safety who can create turnovers and stabilize a defense.
