Ja'Michael Brown brings two-way guard value for North Texas
Brown is a useful, rotation-ready guard because he has already shown he can score efficiently enough to matter, knock down threes, move the ball, and create extra possessions with steals. In the most recent North Texas season listed, he played in all 30 games and started 12, averaged 5.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, 45 assists, and 37 steals, while finishing second on the team with 26 made threes. His differentiator is the combo of perimeter shooting and disruptive defense, which makes him a fit for teams that want a high-energy, low-drama glue guard.
