Loghan Thomas is emerging as a high-impact Notre Dame defensive lineman with special-teams juice
Thomas is not yet a headline-grabbing stat monster, but he has already shown real utility for Notre Dame: in 2025 he appeared in 11 games, blocked a punt that was returned for a touchdown against Texas A&M, and played a vital special-teams role, while his earlier season line included seven tackles and a solo sack in the CFP against Indiana. His differentiators are effort, versatility, and game-changing hustle plays rather than bulk or splashy volume, which makes him a strong fit for teams valuing depth, motor, and special-teams value.
