Alabama State's Elite Pitcher Dominating 2026 with 4-0 Record and 130 Strikeouts
Kohana Pousson is Alabama State's undisputed ace, posting a flawless 4-0 record with a 2.71 ERA and 130 strikeouts in the 2026 season, leading the Southwestern Athletic Conference in wins and strikeouts. Her differentiators include a legendary intensity level—she pitches with a 'fire in the circle' mentality that intimidates batters—and a rare ability to hold opposing batting averages under .240. Holding three school records (222 career strikeouts, 1.34 ERA, .176 opposing BA) and named 2023 FACA All-State pitcher, Pousson brings championship pedigree and mental toughness. She has no significant injury history, consistently logging 14+ innings per outing, and her personality blends quiet focus with explosive competitiveness. For any team seeking a dominant, data-driven pitcher who elevates under pressure, Pousson is the perfect fit—she doesn't just win games; she controls them.
