Reliable leg, proven big-game range: Hunter Hanson’s kicking track record still stands out
Hunter Hanson has been a steady, high-leverage weapon for Alabama State, with career evidence of range and pressure-kick chops — including a 47-yard field goal in the 2021 season and a 57.1% field-goal mark in 2019. His differentiator is reliability in key moments rather than pure power: he has shown he can handle kickoff duties and hit from deep enough to flip field position, which matters for a team that wants a kicker who can survive tight SWAC games. He profiles as a fit for teams valuing experience, composure, and situational trust over highlight-reel leg strength.
