Bradley Braves' Robert Sanford: Strikeout Sensation with Scholar-Athlete Swagger
Junior RHP Robert Sanford has electrified Bradley in 2026, notching a career-high 11 strikeouts in just five innings across two standout starts—including a gem vs. Indiana State with only one walk and two runs allowed—earning Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week and Prairie Farms Athlete of the Month honors. This 6-0 Texan from Hebron HS brings elite swing-and-miss stuff, pinpoint control, and academic grit, making him a high-upside rotation anchor who's durable, coachable, and ready to dominate MVC lineups—perfect for teams seeking a battle-tested ace with pro potential.
