B.J. Hill brings return-game juice and CB toughness to Ball State
B.J. Hill is a compact, scrappy Ball State cornerback whose calling card is playmaking in space: ESPN lists him with 109 solo tackles, 8 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles in his career, plus Ball State notes he once piled up 786 punt-return yards and had a 189-yard kick-return game in 2008[1][3]. That mix of ball skills, return value, and competitive edge makes him more than a stat line; he fits teams that want a confident, physical defender who can help tilt field position and spark momentum. The only catch: he’s a legacy profile from Ball State’s 2008 roster, so this is best viewed as an historical player snapshot, not a current 2026 performer[3].
