elite-shooting, high-IQ North Texas guard with proven winning DNA
DJ Draper is a veteran North Texas guard whose calling card has been shooting, poise, and steady team-first impact. In the 2019-20 season, North Texas listed him as a redshirt senior guard who had appeared in 112 career games, and earlier C-USA notes highlighted his 57.4% three-point shooting and sixth-man value. He brings experience, maturity, and a reputation for doing the little things well, plus academic and community-drive intangibles that usually translate to reliable locker-room fit.
