Thomas Bauer brings veteran downhill LB toughness, but current 2026 production is not clearly surfaced
Thomas Bauer is a physical, experienced linebacker profile for Montana, with past production showing he can tackle, rush the passer, and create chaos in the backfield; in his earlier college stop, he was ranked 10th in the Big Sky in total tackles and posted 17 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles in a season at Saddleback before returning to Montana[7]. For a team, the sell is his intensity, run-stopping edge, and proven ability to make impact plays rather than just clean-up tackles[7]. Current 2026 game-by-game stats and fresh scouting notes were not clearly available in the accessible sources, so this should be treated as a strong historical snapshot rather than a full present-day report[1][14].
