Ryan Boehm brings veteran, plug-and-play depth to Fresno State’s defensive front
Boehm is a seasoned interior defensive lineman who has already shown he can be a steady, assignment-sound contributor at the college level, with Fresno State listing him as a senior defender who played in all 13 games in 2021 and logged 24 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, a fumble recovery, and a safety. He is the kind of rotational or spot-start fit teams value for reliability, toughness, and leverage at the point of attack rather than pure splash-play volume. His experience as a graduate transfer and prior award recognition at Cal Poly add to his profile as a mature, low-drama depth piece who can help stabilize a defensive line.
