Mike Toth is a steady two-way-impact catcher for Mount St. Mary’s
In the 2025 season, Toth was a durable everyday catcher for Mount St. Mary’s, starting 26 of 28 games while posting a .241 average, 21 hits, six doubles, two homers, and a strong .984 fielding percentage. His value is more than the bat: he handles the staff well, caught 16 runners stealing, and showed consistency through multi-hit and multi-RBI games. For a team, he profiles as a reliable defensive backstop with enough pop to matter, especially if you want toughness, game management, and a catcher who can hold his own offensively.
