UNF Ospreys' 6'6" Sharpshooting Guard with Untapped Potential
Garrett Hursey, a 6'6" freshman guard for the North Florida Ospreys in 2020-21, brings elite size and shooting prowess after a high school sophomore season averaging 13 PPG and 7 RPG at West Nassau HS, capped by a dazzling 7-of-10 three-pointer game; despite junior-year injury setbacks, he dominated summer leagues at nearly 25 PPG, signaling breakout upside. His length, rebounding tenacity for a guard, and deep-ball accuracy make him a versatile mismatch nightmare—perfect for teams needing perimeter scoring punch and athletic wings who battle through adversity.
