veteran LMU guard who brings steady playmaking and poise
Bianca Velasco is a compact, experienced Loyola Marymount guard whose value shows up in the details: in the 2016-17 season she led the WCC in assists at 5.9 per game and had already piled up 633 points and 384 assists by 2018, signaling a true table-setter rather than a volume scorer. She’s the kind of guard coaches like because she keeps the offense organized, makes teammates better, and brings a calm, competitive edge—more facilitator than flash, but with real game-management value if your team needs structure, unselfishness, and reliable perimeter leadership.
