Experienced 6'8" veteran guard with size and versatility
Keith Charleston stands out as a big, multi-year guard at 6'8" who brings rare size for the position and the kind of roster flexibility coaches value when they want a mismatch piece or a situational defender. Southeastern Louisiana lists him as a guard, but his frame suggests he can play bigger than a traditional backcourt role, which can help in switching, rebounding, and lineup versatility. Public stat data for his Lions tenure is limited in the available sources, so the strongest takeaway is fit: he profiles as a utility player whose value may come more from role execution, physicality, and matchup coverage than headline numbers.
