John Hoyet Chance brings proven leg strength and hidden-game impact at punter
Chance is a strong, transfer-ready special teams piece whose best selling points are leg strength, consistency, and versatility: Louisiana Tech listed him as a 2022 Kohl’s All-American class honorable mention punter, and his roster bio notes a school-record 78-yard punt plus multiple high-volume kicking feats in one game. He also drew attention for his pace and timing in transfer interest, suggesting a confident, game-ready specialist. For a team needing a punter with upside and proven big-play range, he looks like a fit.
