Jaisen Abner brings Seattle U a versatile, high-character utility profile
Jaisen Abner is a redshirt sophomore utility player for Seattle U in the 2026 season who brings positional flexibility, local pedigree, and strong intangibles to the Redhawks' roster[1][3]. The Seattle native and O'Dea product was described by Seattle U as an outstanding baseball player and a team captain in high school, with leadership roles that suggest a competitive, steady presence beyond the box score[12]. In limited college action in 2025, he made seven appearances and delivered two RBI and two runs in one start, while his summer track record shows he can contribute offensively in short looks[1][2].
